Merkel is “an example” for the Terminator

The economic policy of Angela Merkel has a particular admirer: the Terminator. Schwarzenegger praises the work of the woman he considers to be the most powerful in the world.

During a meeting with the head of the German government, Schwarzenegger said, “Merkel decide how their economic policies is a good example we should follow,” a clear reference to the economic situation in the U.S. state driving, California.

The former Terminator had to enact last year the state of financial emergency, with the aim of reducing the deficit, estimated at 36 billion euros.

On the German side, Merkel stressed that plans to leverage its two-day stay in California to learn about the economic strength of the state and opportunities for the computer industry and film production.

The formal meeting between the two politicians ended with a visit by Merkel, led by Schwarzenegger, to study film at Warner Brothers.
